Task

How to capture a chef’s attention in a busy kitchen or when they have down time – do they ever?
Country Range – the leading foodservice own label brand, were looking for a new website that not only showcased their range of over 800 products, but would provide added value for their customers.

What we did

It needs to be quick, intuitive and give a whole host of support for each and every product – hints and tips, recipe ideas by sector and by dish, not forgetting all the latest legislation and allergen advice – live. Two heads were definitely better than one to deliver this baby – we needed a code monkey and a full fat designer. Creating code that pulled live data to support the 800+ products was built linking to recipes to support each product. Like a scene out of the matrix data supported insight, insight supported hints and tips – all helping to give the chef more support than just a product led website. Next steps to do it all again and evolve into something even better.
