All hands on

The sales and marketing department of our IT client company requested our assistance in creating an impactful event for the purposes of incentivising the team and optimising vendor support. The venue itself was generously offered by one of Computacenter’s partners, the use of their flexible event space – set in beautiful and extensive grounds. Our task then, was to support with team activities, tied to the sales messaging, branding and creative to continue the themes, and overnight accommodation in a nearby luxury hotel to complete the A* Event feel.
An additional challenge (we like a challenge!) was that those attending would be entirely unaware of the activities that lay before them. Following lunch and presentations, the teams were formed and lead from one activity to the next, which comprised Corporate Lego building with a trained psychoanalyst to assess their approach, a physically challenging treasure hunt, recording a song live in a studio and filming a TV commercial to deliver an elevator pitch. Lots of fun with a good measure of competition!
The day ended back at the hotel for dinner, drinks and live music as well as presentations for the winning teams of each activity. The debate rages on as to who should have won what! – All good fun!
